Control system design for a high performance in a horizontal two-axis robot arm

[EN] In this research, tasks of I+D+i for companies in the automotive industrial sector were performed. The equipment under test was a simplification of a 4-Axis SCARA robot from Denso Company. The prismatic and the rotation link, destined to the tool, were removed from the robot making in a 2-Axis robot. In this equipment were developed and implemented several controllers which suppressed the fundamental frequencies, produced by the physical construction of the robot, in order to achieve an improvement in work eciency and productivity of the production lines. These dierent typologies of control provided higher speed and higher accuracy in the positioning, in order to accomplish the client specifications, Denso Corporation.

    Get PDF
In this paper, we study three present proposals working with language to create political dissent through poetry. ready (2012), by María Salgado (1984), suggests an experience of loss towards being classless. Hacía un ruido. Frases para un film político (2016), by the same poet, try a democratic overflow through a ?collage? of heterogeneous verbal materials collected in the streets. La curva se volvió barricada (2016), by Ángela Segovia (1987), displays a struggle against every closed form of power that threatens a subject defined by her woman corporality. Overall, these three books mean an outstanding attempt to expand the limits of Spanish contemporary poetry

Applying CHC algorithms on radio network design for wireless communication

    Get PDF
The diff usion of wireless communication services (telephone, internet, etc.) is continuously growing these days. Unfortunately, the cost of the equipment to provide the service with the appropriate quality is high. Thus, selecting a set of geographical points allowing optimum coverage of a radio frequency signal by minimizing the use of resources is essential. The above task is called the Radio Network Design (RND) and is a NP-hard problem, i.e., this can be approached by using metaheuristics techniques. Metaheuristics are methods comprising local improvement procedures and high-level strategies for a robust search in the problem space. In this work, different versions of the CHC algorithm with a fitness function based on the efficiency of resource use are proposed. The achieved results are encouraging in terms of efficiency and quality in all the analysed scenarios.XV Workshop de Agentes y Sistemas InteligentesRed de Universidades con Carreras de Informática (RedUNCI

The Effects of the Pilates Method on Pelvic Floor Injuries during Pregnancy and Childbirth: A Quasi-Experimental Study

    Get PDF
The perineal injuries suffered during childbirth have a great impact on the quality of life of the female population. Evidence suggests that the Pilates method is used by pregnant women to improve the physical and psychological outcomes of pregnancy. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of the Pilates Method during pregnancy on the incidence and degree of intrapartum perineal trauma. A quasi-experimental study was carried out between November 2018 and December 2019 at different health centers in two health districts. Participants were 72 pregnant women attending the antenatal program, who were assigned to a Pilates group or a control group (48 and 24 pregnant women, respectively). The main outcome measurement was perineal trauma during childbirth. After participating in the Pilates program, the women in the experimental group were significantly less likely to suffer perineal trauma in spontaneous deliveries compared to the women in the control group. After evaluating these results, it is concluded that health center managers should promote the training of midwives in the prevention and treatment of pelvic floor injuries during pregnancy and should consider strategies to enhance adhesion and participation with respect to pelvic floor exercise programs throughout pregnancy by means of Apps and other digital media specifically aimed at this phase
